Put a form on your website
Every published form has its own page. Share the link, or show the form inside your own page.
Share the link
Open your form and copy its link from the top of the builder, or from the forms list. Links look like https://f.agent002.net/f/k7m2p9qrst, and work in emails, social posts and QR codes.
Embed it in a page
- Publish the form, then choose Embed in the builder and copy the code.
- Paste it into your page where the form should appear. In WordPress, use a Custom HTML block; in Webflow or Squarespace, an Embed or Code block.
<iframe src="https://f.agent002.net/f/k7m2p9qrst" title="Event RSVP" loading="lazy"
style="width:100%;min-height:760px;border:0"></iframe>
For a long form, raise min-height so people don’t have to scroll inside the frame.
What visitors get
- No cookies and no tracking, also when embedded: your cookie banner doesn’t need to mention Agent002.
- The form works on phones, with a keyboard and with screen readers.
- When you change the form and publish again, the embedded form updates by itself.
