How does the free trial work?
Every Business plan starts with 14 days of Business Starter, free and without a card. Subscribe whenever you’re ready. If you don’t, your forms keep working with the Personal limits until you do.
Can a company use the Personal plan?
No. Personal is for individuals collecting answers for themselves. Companies, associations and other legal entities need a Business plan, because they sign our data processing terms as the controller of their respondents’ data.
What counts as a response?
One submitted form. Partial answers, views and spam we block don’t count.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing stops suddenly: your forms keep working and answers keep arriving. We’ll get in touch if you’re regularly above your plan.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Anytime, from the Plan page in the app. A change takes effect right away and you pay, or are credited, the difference. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for twelve months at once and save at least 25% compared with paying monthly. You can move to a bigger plan at any time during the year.
How do we pay, and do we get an invoice?
By card, through Stripe; we never see your card number. Every payment gets a proper invoice from LINK SOLUTIONS SRL, Romania, which you can download from the Plan page. Prices are in euros, with no VAT added on top. Romanian companies get their invoice in lei, at the BNR exchange rate of the day; EU businesses that give us their VAT number get a reverse-charge invoice.
