Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Agent002 handles and why. Agent002 is operated by LINK SOLUTIONS SRL, Str. Vlaicu Vodă 24, Bl. V79, Sc. A, Et. Two different roles
- For our own customers, meaning the people who sign up and build forms, we are the controller of their account data. This policy covers that.
- For the people who fill in our customers’ forms, we are a processor. The organization that published the form decides what it asks and what happens to the answers, and its privacy notice, linked at the bottom of every form, applies. We process those answers only on its instructions, under our data processing terms.
Data we hold about customers

What we don’t do
- No advertising or analytics trackers, on this site, in the app or on forms.
- Forms set no cookies. The app uses one cookie, only to keep you logged in.
- We don’t store respondents’ IP addresses. They are held briefly in memory to stop spam floods, then discarded.
- We don’t sell or share personal data.
Where data is stored
On servers in Germany (EU), operated by ehost.ro (Iași, Romania). Emails are sent through Mailjet (EU). For paid plans, Stripe takes card payments (we never see or store card numbers) and invoices are issued with SmartBill (Romania); they receive billing details, never form answers. Data only leaves the EU if you send it there yourself, for example to a Google spreadsheet or a webhook you configure. See the sub-processors.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of closing it, except invoices and billing records, which we must keep for as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires (currently up to 10 years). Backups roll over within 14 days. Form answers are kept for the period each form owner chooses, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing, by writing to privacy@agent002.eu. If you answered someone’s form, contact that organization first, since they control your answers; we will help them. You can complain to your data protection authority. In Romania, that is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
