Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and LINK SOLUTIONS SRL, Str. Vlaicu Vodă 24, Bl. V79, Sc. A, Et. P, Ap. 2, 031248 Bucharest (Sector 3), Romania, registered with the Trade Register under J2023020286403 (EUID ROONRC.J2023020286403), fiscal code (CUI) 49017838 (“Agent002”, “we”).

Plans and payment

• The Personal plan is free and is for individuals only. Companies, associations and other organizations need a Business or Enterprise plan.
• Business plans are for businesses and organizations, not consumers. Each starts with a 14-day free trial; no card is needed for it. When a trial ends without a subscription, the Personal limits apply until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment provider Stripe, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can change plans at any time; the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited straight away. You can cancel at any time from the Plan page; your plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund unused parts of a period, except where the law requires it.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the Personal limits apply.
• We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. New prices apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• We issue an electronic invoice for every payment, which you can download from the Plan page.

We keep improving Agent002, so features may change. You can export your answers at any time.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your organization’s account, including the forms your team publishes.

Your forms and your respondents

• You own your forms and the answers you collect.
• You are the controller for those answers. You must have a lawful basis to collect them and link to your own privacy notice, which every published form requires.
• We process answers on your behalf under our data processing terms, which are part of these terms.

What you may not do

• Phishing, or asking for passwords, payment card data, or other credentials.
• Impersonating another person or organization.
• Spam, malware, or anything illegal.
• Collecting special categories of personal data (health, religion, and so on) without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
• Attempting to break, overload or probe the service, including through webhooks.

We may suspend a form or an account that breaks these rules, immediately if people are at risk. Report abuse to abuse@agent002.eu.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Agent002 running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protections where you live.
